Marla Maxwell

Marla Maxwell, was born in Memphis, TN where she grew up with an interest in professional driving. She set out to obtain her commercial driver license in 2010, leaving Memphis and going to truck driving school in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. After graduating truck driving school Marla set to the highway as an over the road company driver. Marla drove dry van and Intermodal freight during her seven years as a professional driver. She earned a bachelor degree in Business Management while being a professional driver in order to gain knowledge needed to start and manage a large company.

Marla decided to transition from being a driver and became a commercial driving instructor where she taught backing skills, driving skills, DOT regulations, hours of service regulations, and basic skills to obtain a commercial license to eager students looking to join the transportation filed.

Marla decided she wanted to do more in the transportation industry so she took jobs to build her skillset that included, driver recruiter, dispatcher, and safety supervisor. Marla created the learning curriculum for the number one trucking school in Memphis, TN from the ground up, Future Truck Drivers of America, LLC. Marla has had a hand in helping create several small trucking companies all of which are 6 figure companies.

With the skillset Marla has obtained she wants to share with others her knowledge in hopes of helping them create 6 to 7 figure companies. Trucker to Trucker Solutions, was designed by a truck driver with the purpose to help others build their trucking company with success.
